Hi,
I tried to install the webcam on my pc but it didn't work for some reasons. I had the scanner installed on my pc so do you think that might caused the problem for webcam to be installed on the same pc ?? cheeers |

shouldnt be, did you install the driver for the webcam? ( though mine is installed without a driver ) check device manager ( control panel>system>hardware )

What is the webcam that you have? And I also assume that you've tried plugging it into another USB port?

Could always download some drivers for it and see if there any better..just go to the manurfacturers website

Have you tried plugging it into a different USB connection?
If it doesn't work there and if it's possible trying doing it again on another computer. Of course another thing you could try is to complete remove the drivers and then re-install them.
