i will be running a pentium D 920 and atleast 1gb ram and a pci x16 video card would this work good and be pretty good for a while |

Yeah, that mobo is definately sufficient for you're requirements. Unless you want to in get CrossFire, or SLI in the future. In which case I would invest the extra little bit of cash now.

yea, itll be good.
all u need is one nice gfx card now anyway. computers wont be based on 2 for a while now.
