Can anyone tell me how to change windows xp setting so all icons on desktop are in spanish, also everything under the start menu like all programs and such. Was able to do it for web pages but nothing else. i have changed everything under regional settings in control panel to spanish but that only worked for the web. any help thanks.

on the languages tab inside, regional and language options, there is a dropdown menu, that says "Language used in menu's and Dialogs", make sure you have chosen Spanish under here. This setting should work...
EDIT: I apologize for this, i just realized what I wrote there. That was exactly what you've done. I'll try to pay better attention in the future...

yup its a languge in the control panel. I don't have access to the control pannel at college but I will tell you how to get on there when I get home. pm me like around 5 or so whenever you have time.
