Here's what i did. 1. i flattened your layers in your .psd file and opened it up in a new one slightly bigger than your original. 2. i selected your image. gave it a feather of "1." then select inverse and press delete like 3-5 times to make the image rounder. 3. dropped a shadow on the image. 4. filter>Eye Candy 4000>glass. I used the glass effect it provided. 5. gave it an "outer glow" of white in the blending options.
