Epson C44UX Problem

My Epson C44UX is sat refusing to print with both the red and green lights on. I'v ebeen all the way through the troubleshooter and nothing seems to work. Please help me if you have any suggestions, I'm tearig my hair out.

Have you check you have ink in both black and colour, some printers refuse to print when out of color even when you are printing in black and white..
