Default PayPal 2 questions

1. How do i make it so my paypal will not accept credit card payments?

2. Is there any way i can get screwed if the guy pays w/ paypal w/o credit card? Iv heard of people paying w/ credit card then charge backing it after they received the item.

shouldn't..

i have an account, but as a buyer only.. if they do want their money back, it'll have to be with proper reasons and through paypal reimbursing them.. with proof?

if they had already paid.. i believe it should go into like a savings or checkings account that you have verified by paypal. And when you pay, its with those accounts or with a credit card.

haven't had mines too long. but thats the idea i think behind it.

Why would you not want people to pay with credit cards?

Cause if they use a credit card, after they receive the item they can say that they never accually got it and the credit card can do a charge back. Even if i already took the money out of my paypal account, it will send my paypal account into the - dollars and lock it and give me bad credit and wont unlcok till i pay him back

from what i have heard paypal stopped the ability for users to decline payment via a credit card, there was a lot of uprage about that. Also to accept payment from a credit card you need to have a business account i think.

you cant accept credit cards with the free personal account. You need to upgrade to a business or premier account. One of those is free though, but they take a percentage out of your payment.
