Default 667MHz DDR2 Running at 166Mhz????????

Hi,
I think im having problems with my RAM, computer keeps locking up, just being an annoyance. Im running memtest at the moment.

Now, i put on CPU-Z while memtest was running. Under the Memory tab, my RAM frequency is 166.7Mhz!! I have 1GB Corsair Value Select 667Mhz DDR2 (VS1GBKIT667D2)

Could CPU-Z be wrong, or do i have bust RAM? I do have lifetime warranty, so I should be OK if it is busted.

PIC:

Good Point, Ill check the BIOS once Memtest has ran for a few hours (The manual says at least an hour, 10 mins so far and no errors)

I checked the BIOS, and it doesnt say anything apart from installed and usable memory (1024MB) BTW, in the pic it now says Dual Channel, the memory was in the wrong slots.

When you boot up your computer, press TAB if you dont have it set to show you the post, then during the POST it should say your RAM speed.
