Is that idle or load? Im guessing idle. What are your load temperatures? (could be your voltages)

We then purchased a new stick a ram and tried that on it's own, but it still froze up, so we put the other stick in with that on, and it still froze up. So today a new power supply came 500W this time compared the the 350W we had before, but guess what, it still froze up. Infact the only things we have in that are the same with what we started off with is the motherboard, processor, and the two hard drives.

That means the source of the problem is temperature

That will isolate you to most likely fauly memory followed by overheating t a bad motherboarder

Your problems are temperature based, while you can use the update (and you might as well), it wont fix your problems

Well we went ahead and installed it anyways, unfortunatly this hasn't solved the feezing problem as around 10 mins into playing a game it froze up, we kept checking the CPU temperature while playing and it didn't go above 45 degrees. Any more ideas?

How are you checking? Exiting the game and looking? Alt-tabbing and looking? Thats enough to drop a handful of degrees. Also note that the sensors may be off. Also, it could be your videocard overheating (theres no way to check this short of a thermal probe)
