Default dual core build need motherboard.

im going to get an AMD X2 processor, either the 3800 or the 4200, 1 gb of OCZ RAM, and a 7800GT. i need to get a motherboard and i want to save some money by not buying SLI. i found this motherboard and its gives me everything i want for under 100 $

i dont think ill need SLI, as it would cost alot, run hotter, and require more power. also i have a strict budget and saving the money on SLI would allow me to buy the 4200
thanks, Empire
any opinions on this board?
