yes but your body adapts. As long as it's given the chance, it will adapt to the higher level impact with very limited long term effects

yeah, we would make great lawyers

back on topic: underarmour is a great brand for shirts, shorts, etc. they actually make cold weather and warm weather gear.

wicking material works great. whenever i go biking i wear bikeshorts, and they always keep me nice and cool(dont keep me too warm, but thats where the ua cold gear comes in). also, they dont get bunched up or anything like basketball shorts, for example, would. makes for a much more pleasant experience

the thing that kills your knees is "High-Impact" things like riding a bike are "Low-Impact" which doesnt cause your kneest to violently ram into your cartilage, it does cause it to rub it quite a bit, but is much better for your knees then jogging or running

I agree with you. I do believe I said biking and jogging were more harmful to your knees than power walking. In my case, when I bike, I mountain bike. How "low-impact" is mountain biking?

As for running/jogging/walking, I usually hike. Again, this is more stressful on the joints and ligaments so I hike once a week.
