Default how to setup Dell network printer(1600n) on two Separate lans

Hello

Recently for security and other reasons I made two separate lans. My modem is connected to a wired router and my other wireless router is connected to the wired one. I haven't disabled dhcp, and therefore changed the lan IP address of the wireless one. so my first router has an IP of 192.168.0.1 and my wireless has 192.168.2.1. So by doing this I have created separate lans/networks. The problem is when I connect my printer to one of the routers, the printer only works on the network associated with that router . I have given my printer a static ip address. I want to be able to share the printer among both routers. I don't know if I can assign more IP addresses, or add another nic card to the printer.

any help would be appreciated.
