Default Nforce4 vs Nforce4 Ultra

what is the difference between nforce 4 and n force 4 ultra? simple question.

LOL... Doesn't the Ultra have SATAII? I'm sure there are other differences, but that seems to stand out with most mobos...

yea it seems to be the SATA 2 its the only difference i can see hardware wise, perhaps there are differences in bios features?
