I recently purchased an ati 9800 128 MB AIW pro for our desktop, I installed it and kept our old geforce 5200 fx to use for a dual monitor set up. All went fine until we had to update the driver for the ati to use a program and now the second monitor will not work. After the update I tried activating the second monitor and a warning box popped up saying the driver was outdated and that the monitor could not be adjusted to the correct screen resolution. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the new ati driver, as well as updating the driver for the 5200fx with no luck. the 9800 is an agp and bios is set to agp for main video, the 5200 is a pci and other than the driver change for the ati no other changes were made to the system. Anyone have an idea to get the other monitor up and running?
