Default DDR 2100 memory

Hi,
I´m wondering if I can fit more than 1024 ram in a laptop. I have 2 512 ddr2100 in it at the moment and want more. The make is not listed on crucial or any of those reputable memory checker sites. Has anyone got a link to a site that could check how much memory it can take. Something like a pc pitstop test that gives u details on what it is capable of taking in memory?

Adl is the name. I have twinmos memory in it at the moment and it says in my manual on it that it takes 128,256,or 512. Yeh the usual, but if a 1 gb 2100 ram is available would it support it. what do you think?

im having a real hard time fnding any info on that latop at all, have you got a serial number or a part number taht we could trace down.....???

And most likely it will NOT support 1Gb sticks if it only says 128, 256 and 512 in the manual....

This machine is almost impossible to track down for parts. It does what I want and I´ve had it for 2 years with some problems I have fixed along the way. After all if a pc serves you for what you want shouldn´t you look after it and not just say "hey i need a new pc, the one i have is terrible". So many people want the latest gadgets cos they´re bored or tired of what they have.

It has underneath it stamped " P/N 96NHVO1G11" I presume this is the part number. If you can track that I´ll call you good.

Here´s the guys that make this laptop http://www.adl.es/grupoadli/adl/demand/home.do
This site is in spanish cos these guys probably don´t realize the potential they would have if they had a site in english for the european market.Good stuff if they could find a way of exporting it at a reasonable price and start servicing it globally. I just want to find out if by any chance there is a way of getting more memory for it.
