Default Diet Calarie Counting S/W?

Anybody have a program that tracks info on food you eat?

You know, it racks your calories? I don't know how many calories and other info my wife's stew has? Understand?

Thanks.

lol, that would be pretty sweet if you could put some soup in your computer and it will tell you the nutrition facts on it.

They do have programs that keep track of your diet, but they cant tell you whats in your wifes stew.

I'm afraid I didn't word my question well. In fact, it sucked doggie doo.

Is there an diet app that has a database that lists and calculates the calories per unit (grams, ounches, etc.) of most foods we eat; including fast food chain menus?

You know, you type in what you ate and it keeps track of calories.

You with me now?

Yeah, I believe I've seen that before at some places that sell a decent amount of software. Or, you could just search on-line, definitely should be one out there somewhere, though.
