Anybody have a program that tracks info on food you eat?
You know, it racks your calories? I don't know how many calories and other info my wife's stew has? Understand? Thanks. |

I'm afraid I didn't word my question well. In fact, it sucked doggie doo.
Is there an diet app that has a database that lists and calculates the calories per unit (grams, ounches, etc.) of most foods we eat; including fast food chain menus? You know, you type in what you ate and it keeps track of calories. You with me now? |

Yeah, I believe I've seen that before at some places that sell a decent amount of software. Or, you could just search on-line, definitely should be one out there somewhere, though.
