I've got somehow this program installed on my computer, and it appears on my tray icon every time I turn the computer on. I can "hide" it by right-clicking it, but I can only close it by using crt-alt-del in the "task manager".
How can I get rid of it? I've tried Ad-aware, Spybot and AVG. I've also tried Hijackthis, but there are too many entries and I don't know what to delete. What can I do? |

Look under "Program Files" and search for that program. It might be under the manufacturer name...so find that out. Most of the time they will have an "un-install" option, that should work. If it doesn't just deleting all the files of that program, and files relating to the program should delete it. I'd scan the entire PC with Norton/Mcafee/virus scanner just to make sure. Also Google might give you some tips on how to delete it...

It doesn't appear on program files, the site wont help (I'm not sure if the name is really instant access dialer; it's only instant access that appear), McAfee is scanning my computer now, but I don't know ehat the results will be... |
