this is the best i could do. i would wait for somebody else and see if they can build a better computer. it doesnt have a videocard cause your not going to be playing games. it has onboard sound cause it wont fit in your budget. do you need a optical drive. it comes to $290.44 WITHOUT SHIPPING. with shipping it will probably cost you over $300 but not by much.

i could go with a 60 gb hd, i dont think i need 80, and i need a case, but other then that it looks good.
