Camera to choose

Which camera?

Canon EOS 350D + Sigma 18/200mm
for X$

or Canon EOS 20D + 18/55 + Memory Card / Reader + BGE-2 Battery Grip + Transportation bag
special promotion X+245 $

I am between beginner and average in photography, but the special promotion on the 20D looks interesting. I would have normal lenses if I bought the 20D, but a better camera.

If there's only $245 difference between the two, go with the 20D.
