which timings are right?

i've changed my timings to what they're advertised as in bios, although everest shows the following:

and in the 2nd ss, should that say @200mhz?

Yes, because its DDR ram, so the effective speed is doubled.....i think. Someone correct me if im wrong.

EDIT: FYI, 10 line sig limit
