Hi,
I have windows 98 and my pc won't restart. Before it wouldn't shut down, but after i removed Norton Antivirus from autoprotect that problem was eliminated. I have cleaned my pc of all spyware and viruses.

I can't seem to uninstall incredimail from my pc. I tried to uninstall Indredimail, but am unable too. I went to the remove programs section and uninstalled it there and it removed it from the list, but it was still installed. I then went to the listing of programs and clicked on "uninstall incredimail" but it could not. A message in a window said: c:\pc\incrediaml\imsetup.exe A device attached to system is not functioning. A second window said: Error starting program- the IMsetup.exe files linked t missing export ADVAPI32.dll: FuildExplicitAccessWithName. Do you have any idea on how I can remove it. Went to HJthis and fixed it there, but didnt remove the program.

Any help is appreciated.
