burning image to dvd

ive got an image i wish to burn:
.mds (38KB)
.mdf(4.3GB)

im using nero to burn the images but im not sure which one i ahve to burn. also dont i have to rename the images to bin/cue? because nero cant write mds/mdf images

If you have Nero Express (Start-Smart) Open it and in the top right-hand corner select DVD and then Select: Copy & Backup and then: Burn Image to Disc.

If you don't have Express, just find an option that says Burn Image To Disc and then you will be able to browse for the image. The image that you're supposed to burn to the disc is the one that has the .mdf extension and is obviosly bigger.

If you have Alcohol 120%, you can burn the image to the disc by running alcohol and selecting Image Burning Wizard and then browsing for the file that you want to burn to disc. Don't worry about the other smaller file.

but when nero finds out its mdf file it pops up a box saying FORIEGN image and cant burn

Have you tried with Alcohol 120%?

BTW, I think that someone told me that you need the actual NERO BURNING ROM to do this.

ive got nero 7 ultra edition which is nero burning rom isnt it

the .mds

it is suppose to point to the .mdf. yeah, dumb but thats what suppose to happen.

just use this instead.

load it. go to mode>iso>write
select the .mds with the folder w/ magnifying glass. insert dvd n burn.
