There is a way to bypass upload speeds but thats something completely different.....
You just need to tell us what you'll mainly be downloading so we can tell you what you should do!

Then I would suggest you look for a connection at the least 512Kb/s but I would say try for 1MB/s...
Also look for one without a download limit that way you wont get capped for it and/or charged if you go over the limit. Hope this helps. Hellbreather.
