Question Very Strange PC Problem!

I'm pretty much unable to run most of the programs made in Java on my pc. I've downloaded a new version of Java just recently and programs such as limewire and even the Java Control Panel; begin to run but i only see a blank window.
The strange thing is this, This NEVER happens, if this is on the desktop; all the Java apps will run properly: (see pic):

Is there something wrong in my regional settings or something else, because i seriously have no idea???

I'm guessing that EN is english. You can change this in the regional settings in the Control Panel.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem and has this happened to anyone before?

Hi,

Forgive me if im wrong, but what does the Regional and Language settings have to do with Java? Now, i myself hate Java and have many problems with it. I dont know why, but they seem to fix them selves after a couple of reinstalls...maybe even the older version.

WellI cant tell you how to fix it. But I can tell you it has NOTHING to do with your regional settings. All that does realy is like change for word if the words are English American or just normal English and the same for the options menu in windows.
