Well, from that message.. it may seem as a previous install was on your pc and wasn't completely removed. What I can suggest is first, make sure there isn't any folders or any files left if you do have a previous install of it. Remove them.

Then, run a registry cleaner which you can find at www.download.com, free or paid depending on what you want. Then clean your registry, restart and try again.
