Office 2003 chinese to english possible????

Hi guys,
I have office 2003 chinese version available with me. The problem is that i can't install it as it says:
"The language of this installation package is not supported by your system".
Also if i'm able to install it in chinese using ur kind help, will i be able to use it in english. (using some lingual packs etc).
any suggestion would be grateful.
