Default RMA issues with newegg...

Has anyone else had problems with a RMA though newegg? This current one is becomming quite a nightmare!

As many of you know a capaciter fell off my 7800. OK, so I return it. Once they finally got the card(thanks slow as ... snail mail) they first complained that the serial number on the box was missing. The rebate for the card CLEARLY states "mail this form with a copy of your sales recept and original UPC code WITH SERIAL NUMBER..." OK, I think that was taken care of but now I get a mail saying I didn't include everything! SHIT man, what could I be missing?? The power converter isn't on my PSU anymore, I know I dug up the two DVI to VGA converters for them, I never used the CD or read the documents as everything is online, I don't see the VIVO cable around which I beleive I just left in the box... What's left??

Ugh, I just looked at the page and saw the card pictured came with a different style cable than mine did. I wonder if they think I still have that. I better send them another message.

the only prob ive ever had with newegg was two bent pins on my cpu...i was horrified. then again, it was refurbished, which shaved about 80 bucks off of it. i fixed it with a toothpick though.

Lead pencils work the best. The pins fit right into the hole on those and can be bent right back...

Well, I'm quite pissed at them now. I think I might of found the problem. Either they think I got a breakout box instead of a vivo cable, or they're making a big deal about a damn svideo cable. If that's the case, I'm going to be majorly pissed off. Or if they tell me I don't have the breakout box that I never got...

ive never had any problems with newegg. of course, ive always kept extra computer parts (chords, screws, parts) in one single drawer. ESPECIALLY new parts that i buy.
