Ah....I had this problem when I first starting working with Windows Server 2003 on one of the earlier builds. Try booting into the 2K3 installation CD and enter the recovery console. There you can try repairing the 2K3 partition and it should fix the problem, but I can't guarantee anything since the recovery console can be a bit picky on what it is able to fix and not fix

. Also, have you tried booting into safemode?

Do you happen to know what build of 2K3 you are using? Glad to see another 2K3 user/admin here on the boards...I thought I was the only one
