Yes, take away the fact that currently it is not legal, just based strickly on hardware/software compatibility... (as most of you know, I am VERY much against any kind of software piracy/illegal use of software..)

You response was interesting... What facts have led you to the conclusion that the performance of a PC compatible machine running the MAC OS X would be dismal?

I dont really what to get into semantics but what makes a "PC" a PC? Some say its just a computer that runs Windows, Unix or Linux.. well, hardware wise, why would the new MAC OS X NOT be able to handle a PC (now that the OS is Unix based...)?

Also, the entire idea of a PC-compatible machine was that it had an IBM-compatible microprocessor... which makes me think that Apple's new OS is exactly what they needed to join forces with Intel...

What am I missing?
This is great!! A MODERATOR has taken a thread completely off discussion, by starting a discussion with an ADMIN!!!! Doesn't happen that often

It revolves around a question asked by the thread creator:

Yeah i know. I was just kidding I personally think that Macs and PCs are both great and if they attempt to combine them in any way, both will lose something

Nice choice!

..anyway, Praetor never responded to my question.. so it cant really even be considered a "mini argument"...
