need to know what driver to get.

hi my bro is in uni and is not very good with computers,

he has a packard bell laptop and whne he got it fixed by his mates they seemed to have not installed any drivers for sound or graphics. im not sure which drivers to adivse him to get as he has no cd's or anything.

could any of u inform me on which drivers i could get him so that he could play music and stuff.

he says that is on a sticker underneath the pc as he dnt know what modle it is that might help
