Since the caps are reset monthly, I don't think you have anything to worry about since you haven't downloaded anything big in a month

I'm not too familiar with Yahoos policies but I guess they could monitor your traffic if they so decided to, but you would be a needle in a haystack so to say since you would really have to draw their attention to monitor you. If you are downloading all legit material, you don't have anything to worry about.
