Default Getting new power supply - Quesions -

Ok, since I have decided my PSU is my problem, I'm going to get a new power supply, I found the following one that looked like a good deal, and the reviews looked good to. Suggestions?

Also, I just want to make sure I get the right power connecotr. below is a pic of my motherboard. will the above power supply work with my MB?

Oh, one more question. are the power supplys on the market pretty much standardized as far as the size and fitting into the case, or is there something I can look at?

umm so thats 24 pin power supply, looks like your motherboard is, well hodl on let me look at that pic again thats hard to tell.
looks like a 20 pin, but can u give us your motherbaord name and model number?
