Default fps question

hey guys, just want to know how to reduce choke in CS 1.6 =/ currently having around 100 and then decreased down to 0 then up again... wonder whats happening here...

choke and fps are two different things... choke is becuase of the internet i think. and to lower it the command is cl_upderate.

For some reason how did i didnt think about that. I never mess with cl_updarate but i did test my choke with net_grape 3 enable in cs 1.6. With 20 smokes thrown around and all i get is 0 or 1 choke. How come I dont get 100 chokes?

b/c you probably have a very good connection w/ the server. you use the commands only when you dont have that good of a connection.
