Cheap Sound Card

I am looking for a cheap sound card. I am doing a little upgrade from a 3500+ to 4400+ and i'm upgradeing my memory to 2gb of low latency ram.
what would be a good choice for a sound card, i am on a budget preferably under about $75.

Audigy 2ZS. They cost around $70-$80 on newegg.

and if you dont want to spend that much the soundblaster live 24 bit card is a good card and its around $30. what speakers do you have?

What do you guys think about The Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Value? It looks like good bang for your buck.
