hi .. i have some video files i would like to transfer to my phone but when i do this the phone does not support it can any one help me with this and is there some kind of video software i can download to play these files on my phone any help please thx

you need to convert the files to whatever format your phone uses, you'll have to research what format that is

phones usually use 3gp, download nokias multimedia suite, here:
http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,72014,00.html
open your video in it then save it as 3gp

hi .. thx lee 101. i did that got the nokia pc suite and success but there is no sound to the video have i done something wrong but thx anyway
