Default Anyone buy from retrobox.com?

I am looking to buy a laptop and most are out of my price range. Retrobox.com sells used systems cheep but are they any good? Should I spend $300 on a used laptop or bite the bullet and spend $600 on a new low end unit?

I was thinking about this one as it includes a power suply and most don't.

I'll have to get a wireless network card and install an OS but that's not a big deal.
Thanks for the help
