Default Need some cooling ideas

My P4 3.0 Ghz(LGA 775) is running hotter than I'd like it to. My BIOS says that it's at 56C but Asus Probe and Speed fan say that it's at ~44C. I'd like to lower it down into the 30C range if possible. So, what would be the best way to cool it down besides water cooling? I have this case which I will be putting it into...

It's currently in this case...

I was thinking about buying an all copper Zalman HSF and then buying the LGA bracket to fit it into my case. I can only afford something $60 at most.

I couldn't tell from thelink whether you could install an extra exhaust fan on the top of the case or not.
With just two fans I can't see you cooling the unit down much.
