Unhappy Restoring CD... dont have please help

I just formated a computer, and I dont have a restoring CD for it... becuase it was used.... and didnt get one...

So does anyone know where I can fix stuff? Like Audio dosent work...

Can i download the CD somewhere? I have 2 other Restore CDs, one for Emachines and one for HP. The computer I am talking about is Emachines but the CD doesnt work... ill try again later but i just tried and it doesnt work.

Please let me know what I need to do.

go to their site, then ask for technical support =] sounds and all that doesnt work cuz you need to get the drivers for 'em ask them for it =]
