Question Cooling setup improvements?

My 2nd box runs at 30c idle and 46 load. It has an 8cm intake at bottom front and 9cm exhaust on the back. The PSU has a 80mm exhaust. How can I improve cooling in this case? It's a POS and the fans are the largest that can fit. The front fan slot can only fit a 25mm thick one due to the HDDs, so don't tell me to get an 80x38mm Tornado.

If you could install an exhaust fan on the top of the case that would help quite a bit.
Regardless, keep all your fans clean.

ya if possible install a fan on top (hot air rises!) do you have a fan on your side? Front should be intake and so should your side fan (just depends on who you ask) and have an exhaust in the back and one on top. What case do you have anyway?

I have a generic POS case. Provision for a 9cm side fan, but then I need to remove the air duct to CPU. No provision for top fan. My fans are already pretty fast, my intake about 2500rpm and exhaust about 2200.

You would need to make your own cut on the top of the case for that fan. And you cant tell how much air is being exchanged by the number of RPM's, you need to look at the CFM.

I have no specs on the fans, I would assume they're about 35cfm each based on feeling the air and comparing to fans with known specs.
