screen on internet is laggy-like??
whenever I scroll down on the internet, it shows like a refresh line that quickly goes down the computer! It's very annoying, does anyone know of any way to get rid of this refresh thing and just make it as though it is just one smooth, continuous scrool down??

never mind, I didn't install the drivers for my graphics card, i did just now and everythings good
