How do you view and delete all temp. internet files? Is the a way to recover them after you delete them? Can you recovery a picture that has been deleted out of the recycling bin?

once you delete a file is deleted out of your recycle bin you could say its gone forever but I think there are ways to recover files!what OS are you using?

go get rid off your temp internet files click the start button go into all programs then go into Accessories then into System Tools andclick on Disk Cleanup.

what ever is in the folder yeah! if your after been looking at pics for instance pornography well then that would show up on my recent documents!you cant open they files if the orginal has been deleted because they are only shortcuts tell me if im getting to confusing!

I think i understan what you are saying, and no i have not been looking at pornography, my computer has been running slow and i have heard that deleting temp. internet files will help it run faster

it makes a small improvement nothing major
click the start button go into all programs then go into Accessories then into System Tools andclick on Disk Defragmenter and run it it might take a while but it also helps!
