Default Hmm

What internet browser do you use? It will involve erasing history records which is a simple task in almost all browsers.

lol. hahah! Go reformat your computer, it will take care of everything. That's my advice. But make sure you have a back up of everything first that you want though.

First, stop visiting porn sites.
Second, if its firefox, Tools>Clear Private Data
Third, if its IE, Tools>Internet Options
---click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Clear History
---or download some of these internet cleaning utility.
Fourth, stop visiting porn sites again
Fifth, have an antivirus and antivirus utility with an ontime scanner to protect yourself from dialers, browser hijackers, etc. from installing itself.

Crap Cleaner will do a good job, and make sure you also run a program like adaware or spybot to get rid of spyware, if you haven't already - porn sites are usually infested with spyware.
