Default Office users

Hi,
I have installed MS Office 2003 to a machine where there are multiple users. In turn when they have been logging on they always seem to come across a screen which appears to look like it is installing MS Office. I heard there is a way to stop this but I dont know how. Does anyone here know?

every new user? is that once only? or everytime they log in.

for every new user just once, its normal. its just getting info from your hdd so that the new user will be able to use it.
