open up one of the rar files i normally open up the one with the most mb and once you opened it up extract them to a new folder
video files you just open it up and it should play,unless its avi mp4 etc then you need divx nero etc

selest all the rar files you downloaded and then unrar them with whatever compression tool you use supporting rar, then it should take a few minutes before it finishes converting and you should get a movie file, this is basically what robina said, so I don't know why this wouldn't be working for you, you have all the files downloaded right?

download winRAR [google for it] and once its installed.
click on the first rar file and right click>extract here if it asks for a password. u need the password
