What to do with a torrent file?

How do I open up my files? I opened it up and got all these rar files??? What am I supposed to do with them? I downloaded a video how do I watch it?

open up one of the rar files i normally open up the one with the most mb and once you opened it up extract them to a new folder

video files you just open it up and it should play,unless its avi mp4 etc then you need divx nero etc

The thing is I dont know how to open it up? I click on the file I downloaded and a task properties pops up and it has all the rar files in it but if I right click on one of them the only options I get is select all or unselect all what do I do from here?

selest all the rar files you downloaded and then unrar them with whatever compression tool you use supporting rar, then it should take a few minutes before it finishes converting and you should get a movie file, this is basically what robina said, so I don't know why this wouldn't be working for you, you have all the files downloaded right?

download winRAR [google for it] and once its installed.

click on the first rar file and right click>extract here if it asks for a password. u need the password
