Default Upgrade motherboard

I want to replace a new motherboard featured with PCI-Express graphic card slot. As I knew that this type of mobo is feature with other new settings like Serial ATA Hard disk and DDR2 Memory. I hope to know is that most of this mobo would be more larger than the old types of motherboard.I am afraid that it would not be able to fit into the case. My computer case could just merely fit with the P4X-266A Mobo

You should be able to fix any normal ATX board then.
