Hi im looking at this motherboard and cpu combo and would like to know wether it would operate with a radeon 9800 pro which i belive is an agp? and what memory should i get?

That mobo indeed has AGP capability however I would consider a different board if possible. SiS chipsets are not particularly special in any category
(what is your budget?)
