Whenever I voice chat on AIM, I always hear my voice in my headphones, but at a 2 second delay. Am I just hearing this at a delay, or is the personI'm talking to also hearing it on a delay? Can I make it so that there is no delay??

if your hearing yourself on your headphones then the person on the other side has his speakers up so that your voice goes into his mic making you hear your self.

Also the lag that you hear, is twice the lag that the person you are talking to hears. Say theres a 2s lag, the lag for them is 1s.
