Default Internet connection dropping

My internet connection keeps dropping. I have to reboot in order to get it working again. My provider says it's a computer issue and not anything to do with my modem. I have tried to remove all adware, malware, etc. and am still having the same problem. Any suggestions on what I can do?
Here is my hijack this log:

Are you using wireless or wired internet? And if you are using wireless, do you have a PCI, PCMCIA or USB adapter? Also what brand of router and card are you using? (and any other hardware information you think would be helpful)

Also if it is Wireless is it a Secured network? If it is not, Windows drops the connection within 10 min ( I believe for security reasons)
