Default TV Tuners

Im new to tv tuners, i need one cos im going to uni and there is not enough space in my room to fit my tv, does this tv tuner look okay?

i recently got into tv tuners my self, i bought WINTV GO -PLUS from my local comp usa for 40bucks, picture quality is good has fm tuner also ... its a haupage pci interface card..... they offer a 150 dollar one wich i believe is usb interface, has better software and etc maybe ill upgrade l8r but if your looking for something cheap, check with ur local compusa for WINTV-GOPLUS.... or online for haupage cards
