how do i turn shadows off?

Ok now its getting worst to the point that the color of the walls are changing to weird colors

does it happen only in CS? if it does it points to a driver problem but not neccesarily your graphics card drivers, most likely motherboard.
if it happens in all games it could be that you have a faulty card that needs to be replaced

ok tahnks i was thinking it was my mobo because when i uninstalled everything to install the card i accidently clicked uninstall all drivers for nvidia drivers
