Question OpenGL?

Ok, I am having issues playing medal of honor allied assault. My video card is NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro. It is a bit old but it plays Sims 2 so i figured it could play medal of honor. But get this line of stuff that looks kinda like this (not exactly but it is the same general problem)i dont know if you want to bother reading it all:

So, does that mean that my video card isn't compatible? Can someone check and see if my video card is compatible. Because i am not to brilliant when it comes to video cards. HELP PLEASE!!!

I'm not sure, but I think it's trying to use a 3DFX driver instead of the nVidia one. You might want to try updating your driver, but your card is so old I don't know if it will make a difference

and why is windows using openGL, wouldn't DirectX be what Windows would run or does it do both?

OpenGL works with windows, it's up to the game developer as to which library they use (D3D/OGL)
